I am a full time Real Estate Professional specializing in residential Real Estate in Buffalo NY. I am a designated Realtor and a member of the Keller Williams Luxury Division. I have lived all throughout Buffalo including Elmwood Village,Allentown and the West Side and most recently in an area known as Park Meadow very near to Delaware Park, a Frederick Law Olmstead designed park. I am a past President of the Board of Directors of the Allentown Association and during my tenure I worked diligently with other volunteers to see that Allentown stays an inviting; safe place to live, work and play. I grew up in an eastern suburb of the City, in Clarence, and I moved to the City in 1999 as my desire for culture grew. I love the action, the events, the people and the convenience the City offers. I am passionate about Buffalo & especially admire it's varied architecture & pocket neighborhoods. I have made the successful transition to residential Real Estate using the skill set developed during my time at that position. I have also expanded my Real Estate experience by purchasing, rehabbing and renting 9 units from single family homes to 8000 sq ft apartment buildings and continue to look for my next project. I have sharp observational skills and a keen sense of what the true potential a house has, something others may not. I have achieved the highest designation a Real Estate Salesperson can receive in NYS, I am a NYS Licensed Associate Broker.
